The hard part isn’t so much getting up early, but going to bed earlier. A few tips to help you go to bed earlier: Avoid coffee and tea after 2 p.m. It takes the body about 8 hours to eliminate caffeine and theine. Focus on relaxing activities like reading a book, listening to a podcast, listening to music, or meditating.

Start by getting up 15 minutes earlier for one week, then 30 minutes the following week, 45 minutes after that, and 60 minutes to finish. This will make your new routine more gradual. If one night you go to bed later because you had a drink with a friend and you don’t do a Miracle Morning the next day, don’t beat yourself up.
