In the heart of Guadeloupe, a real boost for inclusive entrepreneurship is taking shape in 2025, thanks to strengthened collaboration between Bpifrance, the Prefecture of Guadeloupe, and several local stakeholders such as ACSE, Entreprendre pour Demain, the Cité des Entrepreneurs, Réseau Entreprendre, Initiative France, Pôle emploi, and Business France. Faced with the specific challenges faced by project leaders from priority neighborhoods, these institutions and networks are mobilizing to transform the entrepreneurial ecosystem into a true force for social and economic inclusion. The region, previously limited by structural barriers such as access to financing, a lack of networks, and inadequate support systems, is now seeing the emergence of concrete and structuring solutions. The objective is clear: let’s get off to a good start by deploying innovative strategies and strengthening the network of stakeholders to provide lasting support to each project leader, whether from the neighborhood or elsewhere. With a strong focus on the ability to identify, finance, support, and grow these businesses, this initiative aims to make entrepreneurship a true path to empowerment and development for all, especially in these still-fragile areas.

🛑 The need for enhanced support to move from the idea stage to concrete implementation
