In 2025, the mutual insurance sector, governed by agreement 3273, will see its salary scales adjusted to support the economic recovery and address the sector’s attractiveness challenges. Bringing it into line with the new €8.60 point values, up 6%, reflects a desire to strengthen minimum compensation, while taking into account the inflationary realities of 2024, which peaked at 2.3%. The minimum annual compensation, now set at €21,900 gross, constitutes a benchmark for all employees, regardless of their position or seniority. This year’s collective bargaining represents an important step in ensuring the financial stability of the organizations while promoting the skills of their employees. The salary scale of the 3273 agreement continues to evolve in a dynamic favorable to the attractiveness of the mutual sector, often characterized by players such as Mutuelle Générale, Groupama, MMA, Harmonie Mutuelle or LMDE, which play a key role in the structuring of employment. Remuneration management must now integrate these new references while remaining flexible to respond to the different sizes and territorial specificities of mutual organizations. Thus, in a context where each euro invested in remuneration contributes to retaining and motivating teams, the 2025 scale constitutes an essential basis for ensuring compliance with legal and contractual minimums. While this update is certainly part of a logic of controlled evolution, it must not mask the importance of individual negotiation to allow each employee to benefit from fair recognition according to their responsibilities and professional career.
